1. Hang a garland on the door.
This is an easy and inexpensive project. Get creative and design it to your liking. It can even be a family project and fun. In this project my daughter had a lot of fun and we both shared quality time. Purchase a halo/ring in any material and decorations such as flowers, leaves, etc. A glue gun will be your best ally.

2. Clean or change the numbers of your home address.
At specialized stores on home projects you will find them in many sizes and to add a special touch you can paint them or create a decorative frame, so the numbers are even more appealing. How many times have you driven up and down trying to find an address?

3. Pots with flowers.
A pot on each side of the entrance to your home could give a fresh and summer look. You can mix annual flowers and season to add texture and color. Dare to use vibrant colors that are of your liking.

4. Garden lights.
Trace the path to the entrance with lights. You can find a great variety at stores during this period and if you find solar ones I would recommend even more. This is an elegant touch; it also helps your guests find their way easily when entering and leaving your house.
