Adri y Jorge se reunieron conmigo el invierno pasado, trazamos un plan para vender su casa actual y comprar una casa nueva. 
Encontraron un increíble modelo de 3 pisos del que se enamoraron, 
la espera no fue fácil ya que el constructor no podía empezar de inmediato, pero cuando las cosas se pusieron en marcha el tipo de interés subió y el pago iba a estar fuera de presupuesto. Inmediatamente empecé a negociar hasta conseguir 
30,000 dólares para comprar un interés mas bajo. Ese día fue espectacular para todos nosotros, significaba que podíamos seguir adelante con la venta de su casa actual y volver a decir sí a la casa de sus sueños. En medio de todo esto, tuvieron su segundo hijo. 
Un año lleno de subidas y bajadas, pero más subidas que bajadas porque no íbamos a rendirnos hasta conseguir el objetivo. ¡Enhorabuena chicos!
Adri and Jorge Met with me last winter, we draw a plan to sell their current home and buy a Brand-new home. Found an incredible 3 story model they fell in love with, the waiting was not easy as the builder couldn’t start right away, but when things got moving the interest rate went up and the payment was going to be out of budget. I Immediately started negotiating until obtaining $30,000 to buy down the interest rate. That day was joyful for all of us, It meant we could move forward with the sale of their current home and going back to say yes to their dream home. In the mist of all this they had their second baby. A year full of ups and downs but more ups than downs because we were not going to give up until achieving the goal!
